Discovery Call
Our website will give you a good idea of who we are and what we do. You will be able to browse our project gallery as well and see the numerous pool options we are proud to offer. We have developed our Pool Calculator tool to give you a good idea of the cost of installing your new pool. Please note: This is not a formal proposal. To schedule a consultation now, please fill in the contact form by clicking the “Book Your Discovery Call” button to continue moving forward with your project.
During this 30-minute phone consultation, we will go over your project details, discuss some project goals, as well as budget, and determine if we are the right fit to continue through the process. Please note that due to volume, budget, and location, we are, unfortunately, not able to bid all jobs we are requested to do. If it is determined that we are a good fit for each other, we will discuss the next step during our initial consultation.

on-site

Once we determine that we are a good fit, we will schedule an on-site consultation. During the on-site visit, we will confirm the details discussed in the initial consult, provide ideas and color samples, take photos and measurements, and gather all information needed to provide a formal quote.

payments & contracts
Once we have completed the onsite consultation, we will provide you with a formal proposal for the work to be completed. The proposal will include any and all elements discussed for the space with certain features being selectable options. We make it easy for you to understand and navigate. After you go over the proposal, there will be an option to approve right there. Once the proposal is approved and signed we will send the deposit invoice to begin the permitting process and ordering materials for your new pool! Our typical draw schedule for a pool project is as follows: 30% upon approval, 50% the start date, 15% upon completion of the main features, and 5% upon final walk through and client approval.

build

While getting a new pool is very exciting, the build process can be stressful and invasive. As we get closer to our start date, we will come out and stake out the space for the pool to go in. We will be in contact to let you know when we will be onsite. We will do everything in our power to minimize the amount of damage done to your lawn
however, it will be unavoidable at times. Once we are finished with the project we will, to the best of our ability, restore the site so your new pool is ready to enjoy!

Unwind
*Relaxation Required
Once we are done, its time for the real fun to begin! We made it to the home stretch and now it is time for you to relax in your new pool. We will do a final walkthrough with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the job as well as make sure you are ready to operate and maintain your pool. If you ever need us once the job is complete, we are always a phone call or email away!
